At Shrunken Head, we stand by our gear, but if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for wear and tear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
